Aura Identity Boutique Return and Refund Policy
Return Requests
Customers have 14 calendar days from the carrier-confirmed delivery date to request a return.
To request a return, email ramone@auraidentityboutique.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Do not mail an item back before receiving return authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
After your return is approved, your package must be postmarked within 7 calendar days. Customers are responsible for all return-shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until the return is completed. Aura Identity Boutique is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, an item must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, damage, and alterations
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in its original packaging, when applicable
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Final-Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
• Sale or discounted items
• Accessories
• Bodysuits
• Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged
• Items returned without their original tags
No Exchanges
Aura Identity Boutique does not offer exchanges. If an eligible item does not work for you, request a return within the return period and place a new order for the preferred item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged, email ramone@auraidentityboutique.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed to be an error by Aura Identity Boutique, we will provide return instructions and cover the approved return-shipping cost.
Refunds
Returned items will be inspected after they are received. We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was incorrect or the item arrived damaged due to an error by Aura Identity Boutique.
